Job Description

TheKey is currently seeking Disability Support Workers for both full-time and part-time positions.

What You Will Do:

As a Disability Support Worker, your role will involve implementing customized care plans to address the holistic needs of our clients. This includes delivering exceptional care, assisting with activities, and ensuring our clients' quality of life is enhanced.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of caregiving experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of state and company training requirements
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to follow care instructions, maintain confidentiality, and treat clients with empathy and respect
  • Reliable transportation is a must

Non-Required Preferred Skills, Education, and Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Licensure as a CNA, HHA, PCA, HCA, CHHA, if applicable
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Smartphone ownership

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely perform client transfers with weight-bearing requirements contingent upon client condition and needs
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
